RumorFix has obtained video of the Skrillex crowd dive that left one fan severely injured.
Jennifer Fraissl has filed a lawsuit against Skrillex, claiming she suffered severe injuries and a stroke after the DJ landed on her during one of his famous stage diving session.
According to documents, the concertgoer was standing in front during a performance at The Belasco in Downtown L.A. on February 2012 when Skrillex landed directly on top of her. Fraissl is reportedly suing the world famous DJ, as well as the nightclub — “claiming Belasco failed to prevent Skrillex from acting so recklessly.”
And if you take a close look at the video, it appears security was a bit late to the scene, racing to the front of the stage AFTER Skrillex performed his infamous crowd dive.
But what’s more, it seems Skrillex still hasn’t learned his lesson. The DJ posted a photo on Instagram [above] “swan” diving into his audience during a San Fransisco concert Saturday night.
Take a look at how hard the DJ thumps right onto his fans. Ouch!
