'Paranormal Witness': Real family behind 'Haunting In Connecticut"
On ‘Paranormal Witness,’ interviews aired with the real family behind the ‘Haunting in Connecticut’ movies. They moved to Connecticut to be closer to treatment centers for oldest son Phillip, who had cancer. But the house they move into used to be a funeral home. In reenactments, viewers learn Phillip starts to see male figures in the house. He cuts himself, and becomes violent with the other children. Phillip’s mother, Carmen, thinks he might be schizophrenic, and has him committed.
