Adele Cancelled Fox Theatre Show

By Jordan Graye

For a second time, Adele has had to cancel shows-- this time the remainder of her US Tour-- stating, "I have absolutely no choice but to recuperate properly and fully, or I risk damaging my voice forever.   My voice is weak and I need to build it back up. I’m gonna be starting up vocal rehab as soon as possible, and start building my over-all stamina in my voice, body and mind. I will be back and I'm gonna smash the ball out the park once I'm touring again."

Vocal cord hemorrage is the culpritShe has a unique and very cool voice, but I can hear the strain on her cords in her recordings (let alone LIVE).  I'm reminded of Sting, and Rod Stewart...all amazing voices, but not in the classical sense.  Any other singers you can think of  that put a strain on the cords but sound killer?!
