OMAHA, Neb. — A Nebraska family’s lucky number has to be 21.
Tessirou Ouro-Tagba and Nasar Bagnanga, of Omaha, welcomed a baby girl at 9:21 p.m. on Thursday, the Omaha World-Herald reported. In military time, that is 21:21, so the baby, Ibtihal Bagnanga, was born on Jan. 21, 2021 -- or, 1/21/21 at 21:21.
To keep the number trend going, hospital staff at Creighton University Medical Center-Bergan Mercy put the family in -- you guessed it -- Room 21, KMTV reported. Hospital staff members assigned the room on purpose “to keep the trend going,” the television station reported.
The infant weighed 8 pounds, 7.8 ounces and measured 19.5 inches long, KLKN reported.
